The Optiparts PRO Padded Hiking Straps are developed for competitive Optimist sailors looking for increased support, grip and control. A non-slip rubber layer underneath the straps helps keep the sailor’s feet securely in position, particularly when hiking hard in demanding conditions.

Compared with the standard EX1450 hiking straps, the PRO version uses thicker and stiffer foam for additional support. The straps are manufactured from strong polyester webbing with a wear-resistant, UV-resistant covering and water-resistant foam that does not absorb water. The tapered ends provide a comfortable fit, while the sewn-flat aft end helps prevent twisting.
