EX1335 – Optimist top pins small Optiparts

Description

The Optiparts Small Top Pins provide an alternative way to attach the upper sail ties on an Optimist mast. The smaller pin design allows the sail ties to be knotted on the outside of the mast, making them easier to reach and adjust when setting the sail position.

The pins can be used on Optiparts Silver, Blackgold and School masts and are supplied as a set of two.

Installation

1. Tie the upper double loop through the top pin and the sail, with the knot positioned on the outside of the mast.
2. Tie the lower single loop through the lower pin and the sail, again with the knot on the outside of the mast.
3. Adjust the lower loop so the sail measurement band does not extend above the upper measurement band on the mast.
