EX1139 – Optimist tiller extension 16 mm Deluxe – super smooth

Description

The Optiparts EX1139 is a 16 mm black anodized aluminium Optimist tiller extension designed to provide the maximum permitted overall length when combined with the standard EX1122 Optimist tiller. With its 65 cm length, the tiller and extension combination reaches the maximum 120 cm permitted under the Optimist class rules.

Instead of a foam or golf club style grip, the extension has a smooth tube and black end knob, allowing it to move freely through the sailor’s hand when steering. It is fitted with a releasable rubber joint with internal rope core.
