The Optiparts Optimist Rudder Pintle Set provides the two fittings required to connect an Optimist rudderblade to the transom gudgeons. The long and short stainless steel pintles ensure accurate alignment and provide a strong, dependable connection for racing, training and recreational sailing.
Both pintles have a 6 mm pin diameter and are suitable for Optimist rudderblades up to 15 mm thick. The set can be used for a new boat or as a complete replacement for existing pintles.
