EX955 – Optimist BLACKMAX 55mm boom Optiparts

Description

The Optiparts BLACKMAX 55 mm Boom is the stiffest boom in the Optiparts Optimist racing range. Despite its large diameter, it remains lightweight and is designed for larger and heavier Optimist sailors who want maximum support and minimal boom deflection.

The boom can be used without a bridle, allowing the mainsheet to attach centrally to the boom and creating significantly more space for the sailor to move forward when tacking. The boom comes with the required IODA label for use at official IODA events.
